Signature at MGM Grand Description

Three unique towers. Two adjoining properties. One commitment to first-class service.

At The Signature at MGM Grand, the possibilities are limitless. Guests stay in a relaxing, upscale retreat with complete access to the numerous amenities of the MGM Grand.

Located on a beautifully landscaped private property adjacent to the MGM Grand, The Signature is a secluded, elegant enclave just a few steps away from the Las Vegas Strip. Each of the three gleaming towers in this gated resort has its own exclusive valet, entrance, lobby and check-in as well as a full service 24-hour concierge.

A high level of service is noticeable from the minute a guest pulls up to any of the three towers, and lasts throughout their departure. The parking attendants are quick to offer bottled water while doormen welcome guests into one of three distinctively decorated lobbies with a smile.

The non-smoking boutique property offers a variety of luxurious one-bedroom, two-bedroom and junior suites, many with balconies that feature views of either the Strip or the surrounding mountains. Guests enjoy all the qualities of the finest hotels including deluxe king beds, marble and granite bathrooms with Jacuzzi-brand whirlpool tubs and bath products from June Jacobs, high-end kitchenette appliances from Sub-Zero and Miele, ultra-thin LCD flat-screen high definition TVs, Wi-Fi internet access, in-room massages (for a fee), newspaper delivery and more.

Both Tower 1 and 3 offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, while all three have heated outdoor pools. Meeting space is located off the pool area of Tower 2, and a gift shop and ATM are available in Tower 1. All three towers, as well as the MGM Grand, are accessible via indoor walkways.

Those who want to dine on the property will find a delicatessen, Delights, in The Signature at MGM Tower 2. At the entrance to Tower 1, The Lounge is the perfect place to unwind with a nightcap, while Starbucks Coffee Shop will help guests start their day with a much-needed burst of energy. An elaborate, gourmet menu is available 24 hours daily for those who want to dine in-suite.

With the additional dining, nightlife and entertainment options just a short, one-minute walk away at the neighboring MGM Grand, a stay at The Signature really offers the best of both worlds: luxury living and the "Maximum Vegas" action of a world-class hotel. It’s an escape that doesn’t feel like Las Vegas, except when you want it to.
