Palazzo Description

With first-class accommodations, Broadway-caliber entertainment and a slew of acclaimed chefs, Palazzo Las Vegas is the perfect respite for those seeking a taste of the finer things in life. From a three-story Barney’s New York to the Strip’s only Lamborghini dealership and showroom, the Palazzo not only strives to reach new heights, but succeeds.

Combined with its neighboring Venetian and Sands Expo and Convention Center, Palazzo is the largest hotel and convention complex in the world. The two hotels are connected by the multilevel The Shoppes at the Palazzo, an elegant galleria with more than 60 stores, flowing water features and skylights, (including a glass and decorative iron dome), and the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian. Amenities at Palazzo and Venetian are interchangeable, and together the properties boast the most James Beard award-winning restaurants under one roof.

A cathedral ceiling majestically tops the 105,000-square-foot casino, while a second 80-foot dome floods the lobby with natural light. With almost 2,000 slot macines and 80 table games, the casino itself lacks the stale smell of cigarette smoke typically found in many Las Vegas casinos. As a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified property, smoking is off limits for the majority of the Palazzo – including 50 percent of the casino floor.

More than 3,000 all-suite rooms start at 740 square feet and are decorated with a modern, Italian style. The rooms provide all the comforts of home along with the luxuries of a high-class hotel, and include sunken living rooms, remote controlled draperies and Agraria bath products in the bathroom.

For only $100, guests at the Palazzo can upgrade to the Concierge Level, allowing them access to a private lounge with a business center, several TVs and a beautiful view of the Strip.

Dining is inarguably second to none with restaurants like Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck's CUT and Chef Charlie Trotter's Restaurant Charlie, featuring an exclusive chef's table. Chef Simon To serves up delicious, authentic Chinese cuisine at Zine while the Carnaval-inspired Sushi Samba unites Brazilian flavors, Peruvian tastes and Japanese technique. Adjacent to Sushi Samba is its sister locale, Sugarcane, a vibrant boutique nightclub featuring interactive entertainment.

Another mecca for nightlife and dining is the Mediterranean-inspired LAVO, a two-story venue with a restaurant downstairs and a nightclub upstairs, where guests can smoke out of a hookah while lounging on fluffy pillows.

For a more casual meal, The Sportsbook Bar & Grill serves up bar food and includes Strip-side patio seating and its own gaming lounge. Guests can also enjoy light fare at Wolfgang Puck’s Solaro restaurant at the hotel’s 4-acre pool complex on the hotel’s third level. Also on the pool level at the entrance to the Canyon Ranch SpaClub, the Canyon Ranch Grill offers healthy options as well as a menu of organic liquor.

Palazzo is also the West Coast home to the harmonious musical hit Jersey Boys in the Palazzo Theater.

Those seeking sophistication and elegance on their Vegas vacation will it at the Palazzo Las Vegas. The property is a showcase for all the best Las Vegas has to offer.
