THEhotel is the perfect complement to the already-impressive Mandalay Bay property, providing an ultra-sleek minimalist alternative with luxurious suites, upscale amenities and a gourmet restaurant.
THEhotel is a towering 43-story boutique hotel on Mandalay Bay's property, but with its own entrance, check-in and a lobby that eschews the typical Vegas thematic decorations for a cosmopolitan look complete with the artwork of Arturo Herrera, Jasper Johns and Andy Warhol.
If the lobby has served notice that THEhotel is something different, a short elevator ride confirms it. The standard suite at THEhotel is a staggering 750 square feet. Dark wood and rich earth tones create a modern look, while the living rooms boast 42-inch plasma screens, half-baths for guests, private bar and more. A separate bedroom has a second, 32-inch flat-screen TV and luxury linens. Bathrooms feature separate tub and shower and another flat-screen TV. All suites are serviced by high-speed internet connections and have a combined fax/printer/copier.
Located atop THEhotel, Mix restaurant and lounge offers unparalleled views of the Vegas Strip from its floor-to-ceiling windows and a gourmet menu from famed chef Alain Ducasse. In the lobby, the cafe re-invents the concept of the 24-hour coffee shop with an ultrachic decor and an eclectic menu. A fully equiped gym and the bathhouse spa round out THEhotel's amenities.
THEhotel guests also have complete access to Mandalay Bay's pool and beach complex, shops, world-class entertainment like the House of Blues and Mamma Mia! and exciting nightlife venues, including rumjungle nightclub, Ivan Kane's Forty Deuce, Foundation Room and Late Night at House of Blues.
While THEhotel adjoins Mandalay Bay and guests can walk directly from one property to another without going outside, guests staying at THEhotel must check in at THEhotel's lobby.

More than 2,400 slot/video poker machines, 122 table games. The casino has a poker room.
- Race & sports book: THEhotel guests can use the 300-seat race and sports book at Mandalay Bay. It is equipped with 84 televisions and 17 big screens.
- Restaurants: THEhotel has the following dining options: the cafe, the coffee bar and Mix.
